At JRS Industrial Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion or workwear items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
